What is SAM?

SAM is a software-based reliability program that was designed to help plants and mills improve their production efficiency by predicting fluid sealing product replacements before failure occurs. We help barcode every pump and seal in your plan and then input that data into our product tracking inventory.

By digitally monitoring every product, we can track product usage, provide predictive maintenance recommendations based on the known wear rate of wearable parts, identify products that are underperforming, and track failure analysis results to ensure underperforming parts are either re-engineered or replaced.

What Do I Get?

The SAM reliablity system provides you with reports of recorded data, including equipment performance and cost savings. A SEPCO team member will also provide you with quarterly reviews to identify efficiency opportunities and audit the performance of the program.

How Long is Setup?

The system can be setup within 30 days for any size plant. Setup includes an equipment verification survey, product recommendations, training for proper product installation and operation, product tracking, and inventory control.
