Graphite Coated PTFE Filament Yarns Braided in a Multi-Lok Construction

Style: ML8002

Manufactured from true filament yarns, not folded tape or ribbon, most commonly associated with other PTFE and graphite composite packings. Each filament (approx. 400 per yarn) is layered with graphite, offering better heat conductivity and faster shaft speeds.

This unique layered process of graphite and filament yarns results in 38% less thermal expansion than other PTFE yarns producing more uniform pressure on the pump shaft or sleeve.
