Our effective and durable mechanical seals help reduce operating costs and improve system reliability.

A mechanical seal is a mechanism employed for fluid containment on a rotating shaft, comprising two flat faces—one rotating and another stationary, mounted perpendicular to the shaft. The rotary seal ring’s rotation against the stationary seat ring induces a swift pressure drop across the primary seal interface, stemming from friction among liquid molecules situated between the seal faces. These liquid molecules, akin to miniature ball bearings, concurrently lubricate and diminish friction, effectively mitigating heat and wear for enhanced mechanical seal longevity and efficiency.

The factors that affect seal reliability and must be considered when selecting a seal are:

  • Application
  • Installation
  • Operation
