SS574 Packing

SS574 Multi-Lok packing is made of continuous filament polyimide in its natural color and impregnated with PTFE dispersion during the braiding process.  SS574 contains a BLUE identifying tracer pertinent to the dredging and marine industry.

This packing can be used in a wide range of applications due to its chemical, temperature, and wear resistance.  Most popularly used in the dredging and marine industry, where abrasive conditions from sand, gravel, and various solids are the norm in both fresh and saltwater environments. Additional services include pulp and paper applications such as stock pumps, line pumps, pulpers, agitators, and mixers handling paper stock, liquors, and caustics. General applications include mild acids and solvents as well as wastewater and sludge pumps in water treatment plants.
